High-quality Midas PRO preamps

The DL8 features eight Midas PRO microphone preamps, known for their exceptional audio quality and reliability. These preamps provide clean, transparent sound with switchable +48V phantom power, making them ideal for capturing vocals, instruments, and other audio sources with precision.

Each preamp is remotely controllable, allowing engineers to adjust gain levels from the mixing console without needing to be near the stage box. This feature streamlines workflow and ensures optimal sound quality during live performances and studio sessions.

Seamless digital connectivity with AES50

Equipped with dual AES50 ports, the DL8 supports high-speed, low-latency digital audio transmission. Up to three DL8 units can be daisy-chained over a single shielded CAT5 cable, delivering up to 48 input and 48 output channels without complex cabling.

AES50 technology ensures phase-aligned clock distribution, error detection, and network redundancy, making it a reliable choice for live sound, studio recording, and broadcast applications.

Integrated ULTRANET hub

The DL8 features an ULTRANET distribution hub, allowing direct connection to Behringer P16-M personal monitor mixers and Turbosound speakers. This simplifies audio routing and reduces the need for additional hardware.

ULTRANET transmits 16 channels of 24-bit digital audio over standard CAT5 cables up to 75m, ensuring high-quality sound with minimal latency. This makes it a powerful tool for personal monitoring and speaker system integration.

Compact and road-ready design
